Far East Fabric Industry Co.,Ltd. is a modernized high-tech enterprise which is founded in 1995,focused on the research and development,production,sales and technology service for the polyester forming fabric and dryer screen.
Our Factory
Far East Fabric Industry Co.,Ltd. is one of the largest polyester paper-making fabric factory, located in Jiangmen City, China. We have 180 employees,including 97 professional
technology R&D technicians. All of our manufacturing facilities including weaving machine,warp preparation machine, automatic seaming machine and heat-setting machines are equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment in the early 1990s, which have been imported from Norway, Sweden and Austria. Currently we have 4 warp preparation machines,12 weaving machines, 3 heat-setting machines and so on,and the annual production capacity can achieve 500 thousand square meters.Our manufacturing process is automated and electronically monitored with laboratory and testing center. We use the advanced measuring instrument and technology to keep our products in the stable and reliable quality and reach the leading level in China.

Production Equipment
Our company has cutting-edge paper production and testing equipment that was imported from Germany, Sweden and Norway. A total investment of over 380 million in RMB for our company.
The 12.5m loom is the latest product from Sweden’s Texo Company. The loom has 8 servo motors to control the operation of the crankshaft and it is equipped with the diso dobby system. Some advantages of the dobby system are that it ensures high speed, stability and a wide width.
Austria’s WIS Company SC5 type machines are equipped with an automatic steering system, which allows the machine to travel in a straight line, taking certain floor unevenness into account. It also has a thread separator with extra pick function for increased efficiency, and a programmable retry function allowing for increased efficiency of the seaming operation.
The 12.5m heat setting machine is a high performance product of Norway’s Pro-Group. It uses both electric and radiation heating, with a pin plate design to improve efficiency, and a tolerance interval of ± 1℃.
